The ability to design solutions with care and attention covering the many needs of a wide array of customers has made it possible for Baioni Crushing Plants SpA Unipersonal to become a major entity on the Italian and world markets for aggregate crushing, screening, washing and stock-piling equipment.

Over the 1980s the company continued its expansion with site facilities growing by a further 70,000 m2. Its knowledge of the most specific aspects of the sector also increased and the company was soon able to export its products to over 50 countries worldwide. Baioni thus became synonym of reliability, quality and sturdiness.

For some time now the Baioni Crushing Plants SpA Unipersonal Company has been investing in quarry and organic slurry treatment, a sector that requires high performance and advanced technology.
   

Engineering

  

The Engineering Department is responsible for the machinery industrialisation process and the elaboration of plant lay-outs.

Research and Development

  

The R&D Department studies and designs specific technological solutions such as the endless screw with variable pitch or the special inclination of the cylinder, making it possible for the decanter systems of the BAIDEC series to produce approximately 20% more than traditional systems.
In many cases this feature can lead to a higher degree of dehydration.

After-sales service

  

The Customer Assistance Department provides a complete after-sales service, also despatching technicians for on-site interventions wherever needed.
It makes use of the tele-assistance utility to ensure prompt reactions at all times.
It also holds targeted training courses aimed at the plant operators.

Spare parts

  

Our large and well-stocked spare part warehouse provides fast and functional responses to customers, ensuring minimum down-times when any component of the DECANTER range needs replacing.

Contracting

  

The Sales Department is able to provide offers, estimates and customised surveys for selecting the most suitable complete centrifuge systems. It can also provide estimates for contracting and hiring service of decanter systems wherever needed.
Baioni Crushing Plants Spa is a registered trademark. Iso9001 quality certification. The company has also obtained the Russian certification to export its products.
